I am the Group Sales Concierge at the Philadelphia Theatre Company and I want to make you aware of an important play, IN THE CONTINUUM, that will be presented from March 16 – April 15, 2007. In The Continuum dramatizes the devastating problem of AIDS among African and African-American women – a timely topic and an egregiously overlooked problem that is only now getting the attention of the international media. Living worlds apart in South Central, L.A. and Harare, Zimbabwe, two young women experience a kaleidoscopic weekend of darkly comic life changing revelations. With the two playwright/actors playing dozens of roles, In The Continuum envelopes the audience in its story of parallel denials and self-discoveries.

It is a wonderful show that won several awards in NYC and is now on an international tour, with a stop in Philadelphia. The play is entertaining, informative, dramatic, but also humorous. You can read more about the play at PTC's website, http://phillytheatreco.com/2007/continuum.html. As group sales concierge, I can help plan group events, including fundraisers, or, for smaller groups, dinner reservations, parking info, reception, talks with the actors, etc. -- there are many possibilities for a lovely event and a great group get-together.

Please let me know if you would like to explore further.

Best regards,
