Twxee called for potluck, and she got a great spread of casseroles--er, posts--to share for the February Disability Blog Carnival. Go have a taste! You can go back for seconds, thirds, fourths... and you don't even have to help with the dishes afterwards (but Twxee invites the help anyway).
The March carnival edition will be hosted at CharmingBB, who is particularly interested in posts on the theme "If I knew then what I know now...." But since we've gone to a monthly schedule, we'll generally be inviting a broad range of submissions, so feel free to send links to your best new posts for consideration, between now and the deadline (March 6), at the blogcarnival.com form (WARNING: CAPTCHA), in comments here or there, or by email (see CharmingBB for the address). Or put "Disability Blog Carnival" in the text of your post, I usually find those, too.
Yanub, Lexie, I think you both volunteered to take further editions--but I didn't get you into the system yet, so email me to confirm your months (April and May, in that order, most likely).

I will point you to award about definitions of inclusion and inclusive education. (http://www.definitiv-inklusiv.org). There are competitions to find a) the oldest definition b) the most different defintions and c) definition of the most countries.

That was the theme for the carnival that I hosted in June. It's an interesting theme definitely but if the carnival participation is down and it's moved to a monthly hosting schedule wouldn't it be better to use different themes?
I had forgotten that, Emma. You're probably right. But there may be new bloggers who didn't have a chance to play in June (or old bloggers with new thoughts on the subject). For the rest, just consider it potluck again.
Sorry Emma for the duplicate theme here goes for the next carnival . . .
Get clicking and clacking on the keys. The topic is . . . whatever you feel like writing about, some ideas include lessons learned, listen up, can't we all be friends . . .
Random give-a-way of your choice: Landsman’s “Reconstructing Motherhood and Disability in the Age of ‘Perfect’ Babies” or “Enabling Lives” Biographies of Six Prominent Americans with Disabilities. Can’t win if you don’t play.
Submit post links to Catherine at hellocatcal \at\ gmail \dot\ com by Friday, March 6.
Thanks!
